Fischler Property Co. is a privately held firm focused on the development of retail and multifamily assets and offering dynamic brokerage solutions to a select group of clients.
- Development: We develop commercial properties for our own portfolio. We also provide fee development services to both property owners and tenants.
- Brokerage: We provide brokerage services to a select group of clients, looking for opportunities that leverage our approach — focused, strategic and relationship-driven.

Phil Fischler is a principal at Fischler Property Co. and founded the company in 2009. Previously, he led one of Kimley-Horn’s highest producing divisions and became one of the firm’s youngest shareholders. Phil has served household-name national retailers like Target, Publix Supermarkets, and Costco Wholesale and is adept at guiding multi-location and geographically diverse growth programs. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers, a LEED Accredited Professional, a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, and a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Florida.
Phil serves in leadership roles with New Hope Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate of Florida State University where he studied civil engineering and mathematics.
Jack Sullivan joined Fischler Property Co. in 2014 as an associate. Prior to joining Fischler, Jack launched Emergent Development Group in 2003 where he continues to direct operations. He is a member of ICSC and a licensed sales associate in Florida.
Jack’s primary focus is providing horsepower to our land investment and commercial development deals in the SW Florida market. Jack possesses deep entrepreneurial experience along with impressive deal-making skills and overall business acumen. Jack understands the Naples land market, specifically the Immokalee Road corridor and Northeast Collier, making him a huge asset to our team. Jack is a graduate of John Carroll University where he majored in finance and economics.
Michael started his career in commercial real estate in 1991, and has continued to build a body of knowledge and experience to bring the highest level of service to his clients. He sharpened his knowledge of all property types as a third-party underwriter for life companies, insurance companies, REITs and securitized product markets. As a commercial real estate lender, he generated and managed portfolios in excess of $100 million as the relationship manager of the bank’s midlevel to larger clients. His experience has been focused on acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for end users, developers, investors and institutions. Before joining the Fischler team in 2015, Michael held leadership roles at SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, where he helped structure their REO departments and then managed, marketed and disposed of hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial real estate properties within Florida and the southeast U.S. He has developed an extensive network of service providers to help ensure your commercial real estate experience will be as smooth as possible. At Fischler, he specializes in acquisition and disposition services for commercial real estate investment properties.
Michael is married to Nancy, a full-time registered nurse, with her two boys, Connor and Joshua, and together their youngest, Sean Michael Curran. He attends the Resurrection Catholic Church, is an avid Florida outdoorsman, and supports charities that focus on strengthening the community and conserving the natural beauty we are surrounded by. He coaches Sean Michael's baseball teams at Rutenberg Park.
Steve Zadok Azu
Born, raised and educated in Tel Aviv, Zadok Steve Azu (known as Steve) completed his IDF service in 1991 and then moved to NYC. He has been involved in NYC real estate sales, financing, leasing and development since 2001. Steve developed considerable expertise in NYC land use and zoning matters, and is often able to recognize hidden value in development sites and existing buildings. Optimism, courage, a fighting spirit and creativity are all attributes that Steve possesses. In 2010, Steve moved to Naples, Florida, joined Fischler Property Co., and has listed and brokered numerous properties for investors, developers and builders from Sarasota County to Naples.
